By using or receiving any services supplied to you by the Company (together with the website located at www.soundcityrealty.com), and downloading, installing or using any associated software supplied by the Company which purpose is to enable you to use the Service (collectively, the “Software”), you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at www.soundcityrealty.com/terms-of-service or through the Service. License #290497 Sound City Realty also provides real estate property management for short term rentals in Tennessee and has completed the Vacation Lodging Specialist course offered by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) for Brokers who manage property for periods less than 14 days.
